We will explore and play with balancing of all kinds.

Ever since, as a small boy, my brother dared me to stand up on the top of the fence, the challenge of balancing has been a fascination of mine.

When we play with balance, it is a primal program that activates.

Whether it is on one leg, two hands, or a combination of points, on a board or a wire in any kind of stability challenge, the whole body-mind system has no choice but to become fully present and joined in the task.

It feeds our neuroplasticity and builds confidence and presence.

Balance asks us to listen, to adapt and to respond. It brings awareness into the whole system and, in doing so, creates an opportunity to explore movement, coordination, stability and freedom in a very direct way.

Come to play and learn at the Lab. We will include some partner-work assists and skills for teachers .
