This spectacular performance brings together two phenomenal talents from Opera UCT:

• Sandile Zitha, an award-winning UCT baritone renowned for his powerful and expressive voice.
• Dr. Lisa Engelbrecht, the acclaimed accompanist, r p titeur, and vocal coach who will be guiding the afternoon's melodies from the piano.

The afternoon's carefully curated program promises a breathtaking emotional range, moving effortlessly from the dramatic baroque stylings of Handel and the beloved Mozart operatic arias, through evocative piano solos, to stirring South African compositions by SBP Mnomiya and D Ganmedze. To close out the performance, the duo will treat the audience to timeless, show-stopping favorites from musical theater legends like Rodgers & Hammerstein and Gershwin.
