Stellenbosch Political Debate: Who Should Govern Cape Town?

As Cape Town heads towards the next election, representatives from four political parties will meet at Vredenheim in Stellenbosch for a live, in-person debate on the future of the city.

Truth Report will host representatives from the ANC, DA, PA and ACDP to debate one central question:

Which party is best suited to govern Cape Town?

The debate will be moderated by Donald Brown, host at Truth Report, who will act as an impartial moderator, enforcing time limits and keeping the discussion focused while giving participants the opportunity to challenge one another directly.

The approximately two-hour debate will include opening statements from each party on why they believe they should govern Cape Town, followed by rebuttals and direct discussion, questions from the audience, and closing remarks.

Expect a robust political discussion on the issues facing Cape Town, the competing visions for the city's future, and what each party believes it can offer voters.
