SunUp: Party Like It’s Your Birthday

You re invited to celebrate SunUp Co-Founder and movement fanatic, Via Henderson s birthday with yoga, dance, music, cake and good energy.

My birthday falls on a SunUp Saturday this year, so I m turning it into a party and you re invited.

We ll start with yoga, followed by a special Conscious Dance session led by me. Expect great music, plenty of movement, birthday cake and all the joyful SunUp energy.
