Join us for a nourishing morning of sound, stillness, and connection with Yusra Roberts, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner.

Yusra's work supports individuals and communities in returning to presence, inner harmony, and deeper connection through the healing practices of Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, and mindful ritual. Rooted in ancient wisdom traditions, she creates spaces that invite rest, reflection, and gentle transformation.

During this immersive sound healing journey, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the body can relax, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.

Following the journey, we'll gather in circle for an intimate conversation where Yusra will share more about her personal path, her work, and the role of sound and energy healing in cultivating a more connected way of living. There will also be space for questions, reflection, and community sharing.
