• A deeply restorative harmonic sound journey (weaving together sound, vibration and presence).
• Intuitively woven together with a variety of instruments, but primarily Crystal and Himalayan Bowls.
• Crystal Singing Bowls are known to help shift brainwaves and promote well-being, layered with Himalayan Singing Bowls creating harmonic overtones drawing you into relaxation and grounding and depth. This journey will transport you beyond the everyday and shift you into a "space between".
• Gentle guidance throughout the session.

Facilitated at my home studio, these journeys are kept intentionally small for layered work and individual focus where needed.
