Come and join the NOSH team at Apollo's et Mixtarium - an exciting new restaurant venue in the heart of Linden, for yet another gastronomic experience with a twist :-)

You'll be treated to a spectacular three-course (last time it was 8!) meal expertly prepared and exquisitely presented by Apollo's resident culinary wizard utilising salvaged and rescued foodstuffs that would otherwise have gone to waste. You will see that that even unloved produce, in the hands of skilled and talented professionals, can shine and delight!

There will be a cash bar and there may well be some live music to entertain you.

We need you! Your support helps us do more of what we do while you get to be entertained and learn how and why we NOSH and hopefully gain inspiration on how you can perhaps get involved going forward!
