About

New Moon Nervous System Reset

As the New Moon invites a quieter, more inward energy, we'll create an intentional pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with the body, breath and stillness within.

The experience will include:

Arrival & settling in

Gentle, grounding asana practice

Pranayama (breathwork)

Guided Yoga Nidra

A deeply restorative 30-minute Sound Bath

No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. Come exactly as you are.

This is an opportunity to put down the day's responsibilities, soften the body, quiet the mind and simply receive.

You don't need to do more. You simply need to arrive.
