In this friendly, no-jargon session, NetSavvy founder Carina van Wyk will show you how scamming is more about psychology than technology. She'll walk you through:

• How AI is making it easier for scammers to catch you
• Scams you should know about: real-life examples
• Practical steps for protecting yourself

• Spot the warning signs of a scam message, call or email
• Understand the tricks scammers use to create urgency, panic and hope (and how to slow down instead)
• Know what to do when you think you're getting scammed
