Doeks on Wraps - Women of the Culture

Doeks on Wraps - Women of the Culture is a Women's Month celebration dedicated to recognizing, empowering, and elevating women within Hip-Hop, the arts, and the broader creative industry.

The event exists to increase visibility for female talent, create opportunities for women to showcase their work and inspire more young Black women to pursue careers in the creative sector.

Building on the success of the Papa Koli Tribute Event, Women of the Culture continues our mission of using arts and culture as a catalyst for community development, entrepreneurship and economic growth.

The event demonstrates that when women are given opportunities to lead and create, entire communities benefit.
