A 3-Hour Experiential Poetry Workshop

This workshop is a remembering.

You already have a poet within you.

You already carry wisdom within you.

They just need space and permission to breathe.

Join me and a small group where we remember together.

No experience needed.

We're not gathering to study poets or be "literary" writers.

We're gathering to reconnect with the words and poems already inside us!

Through sensory doorways into the five elements Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Ether you'll get to experience how your words flow and move through you onto the page.

What to expect:

• 3 hours of practical and experiential exercises and instruction demystifying poetry
• Playfulness and sparks for your curiosity and imagination
• A held and inviting space for connection and depth
• A guided journey through the 5 elements: each with its own sensory doorway into your writing
• Invitations to share what you have written - never expected, or demanded
• There will be no critique or grading of your words or work - only celebration!
• You'll leave with a handful of short pieces you've woven together by your own hand
• We will end with herbal tea and biscuits and space for conversation and final sharing before you go

PS: There are no "good" or "bad" words, just your unique words, woven with presence and curiosity. All are a gift first to yourself and then when shared with each person who hears them. Let's weave, play and connect together!
