Experience the natural beauty of the Greater Simonsberg Conservancy during Garden Town 2026 with a special Trail & Tasting experience at Delheim. Choose between a self-guided 2.5 km or 5 km nature trail on the slopes of the majestic Simonsberg Mountain, followed by a premium tasting of five Delheim wines.

Delheim Wines has a legacy deeply rooted in nature, spanning more than seven decades. The 375-hectare family-owned estate actively conserves extensive areas of pristine mountain fynbos, including the rare Boland Granite Fynbos, as well as a yellowwood forest and more than 120 indigenous plant species.

This commitment to conservation helps protect an abundance of wildlife, including 50 bird species, caracal, Cape fox, and Cape leopard. Delheim s sustainable practices focus on regenerative, nature-friendly viticulture, integrated environmental management, water and energy efficiency, biodiversity conservation, employee welfare, and engagement with the local community.
